Welcome to the pastagang blog.

To add a new blog post, you need to edit the pastagang website’s repo on codeberg. Add a new file to the _posts folder with the format YYYY-MM-DD-title.md,

for example: 2025-10-16-my-amazing-post.md and add

permalink: blog/my-amazing-post
---

at the top of the file.

Everything you write below will then show up on www.pastagang.cc/blog/my-amazing-post! :D

(you’ll need to add the folder and files to the pastagang repository over at codeberg - if you’re not sure how to do that then here are some instructions

If you want to add subpages, add these in the blog directory - this way these won’t show up in peoples’ rss feed as separate posts, that would be annoying. For example - create a folder blog/my-amazing-post/subpage and drop a readme.md file in it. blog/my-amazing-post/subpage/readme.md will become www.pastagang.cc/my-amazing-post/subpage. You can add images the same way.

Posts can be incomplete and updated/enhanced/deleted from time to time.
