You dint kill nothin. If you’da killed it, it’d be dead. You let code die, and others brought it back because they wanted to. Both were cool. You made room for us to find out of it could be brought back. I’m really happy you did it. I’m also happy it came back, but it would have been a fitting end, and it will be the end some time.

I see you worked yourself up, friend, and I hope you can find some pride and joy to balance that well out. We erase each others’ strudel doodles all the flipping time, and there’s nothing different about nudel except it’s got more strokes on the page. And if someone else worked themselves up bringing it back, that was their choice. And if yet another gets worked up about the legal implications of blahblahblah then that’s on them, too. Some great beauty that we all keep bringing whatever we want to the table and it keeps working out, way I see it.

Some people are working hard on nudel 2, it’s almost finished (though some say this is a joke), and an existential event like this is only fuel for such bigger fires. Keep burning.

+1 to this

and i made that licensing issue as a joke to point out the fun absurdity of the situation :)
